How to Make Minnie Mouse Oreo Pops
1. Start by making your chocolate bows. Simply melt some white chocolate in a bowl. I do this by boiling a pan of water, then turn it off place a bowl over the top of the pan with your chocolate inside and stir until melted. Place melted chocolate in your bow mould, then pop in the fridge. As they are small they don’t take long to set roughly 5 minutes or less.
2. When you have made your desired number of bows, set them aside. Now take your large Oreo and pull apart, place some melted chocolate on the lolly stick and place inside the middle of the Oreo. Next take your Mini Oreo and again pull apart, I then scraped the inside filling from the Mini Oreos just so they were level when placed inside the larger Oreo. Again use your melted chocolate to place the two halves of the Oreo onto the same half of the Oreo you have placed your lolly stick on. Place them to look like mouse ears.
3. Now stick the top half of the Oreo on top ensuring that there is enough chocolate to stick them together. Now to change the melted chocolate pink by adding pink food colouring and stir.
4. Take your Minnie Mouse Oreo pop and spoon over the pink melted chocolate, do this over the bowl as it will drip. When happy Minnie Mouse is covered tap off the excess chocolate on the side of the bowl. Place down then add your white chocolate bow. Allow to set.
